Personal correspondence received from a relative on or about February 2, 2012:

Dear Tim,

Here is a photo of Henry Clay Isbell and Mary Logsdon. I obtained it recently from a cousin of mine in Edmonson County, Kentucky. These are the parents of Lou Ollie Isbell who married James Austin Dennison. They were also the parents of Emma Jean or Imogene Isbell, Alvin Veachel Isbell, Lois Ida Isbell and Irvin Henry Isbell.

As you know my direct line is Lou Ollie Isbell and James Austin Dennison. Imogene married Joseph Clinton Bratcher. Alvin "Veachel married James Austin Dennison's sister Sarah Jane Dennison, daughter of Charles Ewell Dennison and Amanda Glascock. They had only one son, Elbert Stanley Isbell (born June 30,1890 and died December 8,1971), who married Ethal Carroll. Veachel died young and Sarah married Fedie Lee Chancellor, and they had two girls, Ida "Belle" and Geneva F.

Irvin Henry Isbell was born March 25,1882 in Hart County, Kentucky, and died September 24,1958 in Coal County, Oklahoma. He went to Oklahoma to obtain land that was being given the Indians. He married Mary Loretta in 1911 in Texas. Mary was born June 1877 and died April 23,1954 in Coal County, Oklahoma. They are buried in Coalgate Cemetery in Coal County, Oklahoma. They had three daughters, Mildred Lois, Armilda Mae, and Alice Juanita.

Lois Ida Isbell was born September 18,1874 in Hart County, Kentucky, and died August 11,1943 in Grayson County, Kentucky. She married (1st) married Eli Thompson Bozarth, and (2nd) Ora Franklin Phillips. They are buried at New Hope Cemetery in Grayson County, Kentucky. They had no children.

Will try and get you some information on the Dennison sent out as soon as I can. Also have a photo of Lou, Lois and Irvin and will get it sent out as well.
